POSITION:HOME > > ENGINEERED PLASTICS Hepla® engineered plastics are characterized with excellent strength, rigidity, impact resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, the latter three properties among which are better than those of general plastics. Thus, Hepla® engineered plastics are often used to produce structural components of greater mechanical strength. And, NFD can also provide customized services for special functional plastics, to meet our customers’ differentiated needs and create values for them with unique products. FINDING ITEMS NEEDED KEY PRODUCTS Hepla® PA66 Hepla® PA66, as a semi-crystalline material, has excellent properties of wear resistance, self-lubrication, electrical insulation, weatherability, self-extinguishment and mechanical strength. It can maintain strong strength and rigidity at high temperatures thanks to its excellent heat resistance characteristic. The physical strength of modified Hepla® PA66 can be increased to as 5 times strong as that of normal resin, and its rigidity can be increased by 10 times. MORE Hepla® PA6 Hepla® PA6 enjoys many advantages, such as thermoplasticity, lightweight, good toughness, high strength, excellent resistance to impacts and abrasion, good processability and anti-solubility. It has been widely applied. Hepla® PA6 is a tough, wearable material that has more beautiful exterior and better processability than those of nylon 6/6. Besides, Hepla® PA6 has low modulus, and can absorb water faster than nylon 6/6. MORE Hepla® PA12 Hepla® PA12’s properties are similar to those of nylon 11 except for its crystal structure. Hepla® PA12 is a good electrical insulator and will not affect its insulation performance in moist environment. Compared with Hepla® PA6 and Hepla® PA66, this material has a lower melting point and density. MORE Hepla® PC Hepla® PC possesses excellent impact strength, excellent mechanical strength, energy radiation resistance, electrical insulation, dimensional stability, high transparency, physiological inertia, creep resistance, and good rigidity despite of high or low temperatures. What’s more, it also can be used as food-contacted material. MORE Hepla® PBT Hepla® PBT boasts excellent heat resistance, toughness, fatigue resistance, self-lubrication, weatherability, good dimensional stability, and chemical resistance and good electrical properties. It has a low friction coefficient. At room temperatures, it has excellent resistance to various chemicals, including aliphatic hydrocarbons, gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, perchloroethylene, oil, fat, alcohol, glycol, ester, ether and dilute acid, and alkali. MORE Hepla® POM(Homogeneous) MORE Hepla® POM(Copolymerization) Hepla® POM is a high crystallinity thermoplastic engineering plastic with excellent properties such as abrasion resistance, long-term fatigue resistance, high toughness, creep resistance, moisture resistance, solvent resistance and alkali resistance. MORE Hepla® PTE Hepla® PTE series materials are a class of new green engineering plastics with excellent performance and high application value. Hepla® PTE material has excellent performance. Hepla® PTE has outstanding resistance to hydrolysis. It can keep the material from deformation in a wet or liquid environment for a long time, and its overall performance is not affected. Compared with PA66, Hepla® PTE is in sufficient tension It still has excellent impact strength and elongation under strength; Hepla® PTE also has outstanding properties such as high toughness, good tensile strength and flexural modulus, good chemical resistance, and excellent flame retardant properties. MORE Hepla® PPO Hepla® PPO modified polyphenylene oxide material is actually a blend of PPO and polystyrene or nylon. Since PPO resins are not flowable, they can only be blended with other materials to improve their flowability. Various formulations allow PPO to have a wide range of physical and mechanical properties, and heat resistance and flame retardancy. MORE Hepla® PP Hepla® PP offers excellent chemical resistance, fatigue resistance, processability and mechanical properties with a high dielectric coefficient and a low water absorption rate. Hepla® PP also has good heat resistance, so that it can be sterilized at a high temperature of over 100℃, and can endure the heat of 150℃ without deformation. Hepla® PP, at low cost, also shares most suitable properties that thermoplastics do not have. In short, Hepla® PP is a cost-effective material. MORE Hepla® ABS Hepla® ABS is excellent in resistance to impacts, heat, low temperatures and chemicals, and electrical properties. And it also has the characteristics of easy processing, dimensional stability and good surface furnish. In addition, Hepla® ABS is easy to be painted and colored. Hepla® ABS, a kind of thermoplastic engineering plastic with a wide range of uses, is also available for reprocess such as surface metalizing, electroplating, welding, hot pressing and bonding. MORE Hepla® PARA Hepla® PARA is a quality plastic combining high strength and beautiful exterior, very suitable for producing complex parts demanding for both the overall strength and smooth and beautiful surface. Even when Hepla® PARA is filled with a large amount of glass fiber (up to 60%), the resin-rich surface is still smooth enough to exhibit e as high gloss as that of the plastic without glass fiber. MORE Hepla® PA46 Hepla® PA46 is a kind of aliphatic polyamide poly-condensed from butanediamine and adipic acid. Similar to the molecular structure of nylon 66 though, there are more amide groups on each length-given amide chain on Hepla® PA46 and the chain structure is more symmetrical. The highly symmetrical chain makes crystallinity higher (about 70%) and crystallization faster. Therefore, the melting point is higher (295℃), and the thermal deformation temperature higher too. MORE Hepla® PPA Hepla® PPA has remarkable properties of good tensile strength, high flexural modulus, creep resistance, dimensional stability, and so on. It remains strong mechanical properties even at high temperatures and highly humid conditions, and shows good resistance to gasoline, oil and coolant. MORE
