新厂启航，聚力前行！7月中旬，专注改性塑料研发与生产的新孚达（镇江）高性能材料有限公司新生产基地，在江苏镇江隆重举行开业庆典仪式，开业现场彩旗飘扬、氛围热烈，政府领导、合作伙伴及新孚达所有员工家人齐聚一堂，共同见证这一企业发展里程的重要时刻。

In mid July, NFD (Zhenjiang) High Performance Materials Co., Ltd., which focuses on the research and production of modified plastics, held a grand opening ceremony at its new production base in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu. The opening ceremony was filled with colorful flags and a warm atmosphere. At the celebration ceremony, NFD founder and chairman Yang Hui delivered an opening speech, warmly welcoming all the guests present and providing a detailed introduction to the new factory construction plan, core technological advantages, and future development strategies. He stated that the official operation of the new factory is an important milestone in the development of the enterprise, and it is also our firm choice to root ourselves in Dantu and deeply cultivate special modified plastics. It marks NFD's new layout in the field of modified plastics, including capacity upgrading, technological iteration, and market expansion. For many years, we have always adhered to the core development concept of "technology is king" and established a dual base strategic layout of "Suzhou R&D and Zhenjiang mass production": relying on the Suzhou R&D center to tackle innovation, relying on the Zhenjiang base to achieve large-scale and stable production, and connecting the entire industrial system from R&D, testing to mass production.

近两年，新孚达迈入高速发展新阶段。伴随订单规模、客户定制需求持续增长，原有2100㎡老厂区空间受限，产能、仓储、检测配套均难以支撑企业未来发展。为此我们在2025年全力推进扩建搬迁工程，如今新厂区总面积达12000㎡，硬件设施得到质的提升。苏州研发端的创新成果，可在镇江基地快速量产，研产联动的双基地布局全面落地，企业正式迈入规模化、规范化发展新阶段。

回望新孚达发展历程，2015年从苏州一间180平米的简易小厂房、一台小型挤出设备起步，开启了特殊改性塑料追梦之路。长期以来，超高强度碳纤维改性塑料核心技术被海外垄断，为打破技术壁垒，新孚达研发团队潜心钻研反复试错，历经数百次工艺迭代与配方调试，终于在2019年实现关键性技术突破，公司自主研发的碳纤维增强尼龙材料，拉伸强度突破380MPa，性能比肩国际一流品牌，顺利完成了从技术跟跑到行业并跑的历史性跨越。

In the past two years, NFD has entered a new stage of rapid development. With the continuous growth of order scale and customer customization demand, the original 2100 square meter old factory area is limited in space, and production capacity, warehousing, and testing facilities are difficult to support the future development of the enterprise. We will make every effort to promote the expansion and relocation project in 2025, and now the total area of the new factory has reached 12000 square meters, with a qualitative improvement in hardware facilities. The innovative achievements of the Suzhou R&D end can be rapidly mass-produced at the Zhenjiang base, and the dual base layout of R&D and production linkage has been fully implemented. The enterprise has officially entered a new stage of large-scale and standardized development.

Looking back at the development history of NFD, starting from a simple 180 square meter factory and a small extrusion equipment in Suzhou in 2015, it embarked on the dream of special modified plastics. For a long time, the core technology of ultra-high strength carbon fiber modified plastics has been monopolized overseas. In order to break down technical barriers, the NFD R&D team has devoted themselves to research and repeated trial and error, gone through hundreds of process iterations and formula debugging, and finally achieved a key technological breakthrough in 2019. The company's independently developed carbon fiber reinforced nylon material has a tensile strength of over 380MPa and performance comparable to international first-class brands, successfully completing a historic leap from technological catch-up to industry parallel running.

At the same time, we continue to broaden our technological boundaries and successfully develop industry unique fluorine free nano ultra wear-resistant materials with better performance than traditional PTFE; At the same time, we will comprehensively overcome a series of special plastic technologies such as wave transmission, absorption, ceramicization, super thermal conductivity, and electromagnetic shielding.

Nowadays, NFD has more than 70 types of substrates and over 10000 product models, making it one of the most comprehensive and widely covered modified plastic enterprises in China. It truly has the ability to provide customers with one-stop solutions for high-performance modified plastic problems.
