Hepla® POM(Homogeneous)

Hepla® POM is a high crystallinity thermoplastic engineering plastic with excellent properties such as abrasion resistance, long-term fatigue resistance, high toughness, creep resistance, moisture resistance, solvent resistance and alkali resistance. Its comprehensive properties and ease of processing determine its advantages in material properties and processing costs. Hepla® POM materials maintain high strength and high stiffness over a wide temperature range. Hepla® POM series materials also have excellent dimensional stability, chemical resistance and fuel resistance including high formaldehyde content. Hepla® POM series materials are widely used in injection molding, but they are also suitable for other traditional processing techniques such as extrusion, compression molding, rotational molding and blow molding.

Hepla® POM (Homogeneous) performance comparison of different grades

The comprehensive properties of the Hepla® POM (co) series of materials allow it to be stable in a wide range of applications and are one of the most widely used engineering plastics.
 
In general, Hepla® POM (Homogeneous) is modified to enhance material properties, allowing it to be used in more complex environments. The following figure shows the performance comparison of Hepla® POM (co) material base resin after adding 15%, 20%, 30%, 40% carbon fiber modification.
