Tepla® PEI

Tepla® PEI is a high performance engineering thermoplastic that can be used at a high temperature up to 170℃. Compared with other special engineering plastics, Tepla® PEI has the excellent characteristics of heat resistance, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, self-lubrication, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, anti-radiation and low temperature resistance, together with excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

Tepla® PEI performance comparison of different grades

Tepla® PEI is a high-performance specialty plastic series with outstanding performance. Because of its excellent creep resistance, strength and rigidity in high temperature environment, Tepla® PEI is one of the materials that can replace metals and other materials. It is used in many structural applications. You can find them. By modifying the carbon fiber and glass fiber of Tepla® PEI base resin, the material properties can be further improved to meet the needs of more complex application conditions.
